Shipping Policy

Jewellery order are generally delivered in 5 to 8 working days.
We deliver goods by DHL and FedEx and DPD. Please Note – for Germany, Spain, Italy and other European Countries, delivery time would also depend on time taken by Customs to clear the goods.

We deliver our products everywhere in the world. Your parcel will be delivered by DHL/ FEDEX/ UPS/ DPD. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code if available. Also, please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell.
There are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

It will be Buyer’s responsibility to pay custom duty, clearance fees or any other charges (if any) is applied in their country. We will not be held responsible for any such taxes/ charges, but we may help you to get proper solution at easiest way. However, taxes need to be paid by the importer.

We can try to make the change in the order/ address but it’s not a guaranteed service. We cannot assure you that change made after placing the order will be done. Also, delivery company may charge for making the change in the address which needs to be paid by the receiver.
